After working in the construction field for 10+ years, Tim and Slavic,  joined forces to create Alliance Construction LLC in 2018. 

Both builders grew up, and attended school, in the Mat-Su Valley and are now raising their families here as well.  Their hard work and dedication to each build shows, and it is important to them that each and every buyer is happy with their new home because these buyers are their neighbors.

This building duo specializes in bringing new hand crafted designs into each home. This is easy for them because each of them brings their own unique construction talent to the company.  They are on each build working, rather than just relying upon subcontractors; an important factor for them as they do not want all of their builds to look the same. They take pride in making their builds as unique as their buyers.
